Most of the items sold on this site are handmade, crafted with care and attention to detail. However, not all products are handmade, some may be sourced to complement our collections and provide added value.


In the case of collection boxes or bundle sets, if a specific gadget is unavailable at the time of restocking, it may be substituted with a similar item of equal or greater value. We ensure all substitutions maintain the quality and spirit of the original box.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

 

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 


4. Pricing & Payment

 

  • All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely via Shopify’s payment providers.

 


5. Shipping

 

  • We use USPS Ground Advantage for delivery.

  • Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

 


6. Returns & Refunds

 

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
