We want you to love every item you receive from The Bookish Fairy! However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
